Refunds Policy for Virtual Preschool
Overview
At Mastermind Playground, we are dedicated to providing a valuable educational experience through our Virtual Preschool program. This Refunds Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our term-based subscription, which includes physical term packs and video recordings.
Eligibility for Refunds
Term Payments:
- Refunds for Initial Payment: If you are not satisfied with the Virtual Preschool service after your initial payment for the term, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued minus any costs associated with the shipping of the physical term pack, provided that the pack is returned in a resalable condition.
Physical Term Packs:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item in your term pack, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement item or a partial refund of that portion of the term fee.
- Return of Term Packs: If you decide to withdraw from the program before the term starts, you may return the unopened and unused term pack for a refund, minus shipping and handling costs. No refund will be provided for opened or used term packs.
Video Recordings:
- Non-Refundable: Video recordings provided as part of the Virtual Preschool program are non-refundable once accessed. Please ensure that you have the necessary technology and internet access to view the recordings before committing to the program.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing the video recordings, please contact us within 7 days of the issue arising. We will work to resolve the problem or provide an alternative solution, such as a replacement video or additional support.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to belinda@mastermindplayground.com.au with your order details, the term pack in question (if applicable), and the reason for your refund request.
- Review Process: We will review your request and notify you of our decision within 7 business days.
- Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Exceptions
- Non-Refundable Items: Video recordings or used term packs after the 14 days of purchase are strictly non-refundable. Please review all program details carefully before making a commitment.
- Expired Issues: Requests for refunds or assistance made more than 7 days after the issue arises may not be eligible for resolution.
